Synopsis of Previous Council action:
On or about July 21, 1986, the Ways and Means Committee adopted the
Animal Control Ordinance in its proposed form. It was then referred
to Legislative Review on or about July 3l, 1986, where further
revisions were suggested. The Legislative Review Committee has
recommended that this item be placed on this agenda for discussion,
and then be placed on the September 22, 1986 agenda for first reading.
The Resolution shall accompany the Ordinance at that time for
adoption.
