approval of Tentative Tract 13172 and Conditional Use permit no. 85-72, oj.t

Many area residents oppose this type of high density, reduced
minimum standard housing and believe our Councilmen should allow some
homeowners, new to the Verdemont area, and residents directly affected
by this development, the opportunity to voice their concerns.
