Re: proposition 51 Presentation
Dear Bruce:
This letter will serve to confirm the scheduling of your
presentation of the legal and practical consequences of
proposition 51 and its effect upon the City of San Bernardino
and its defense of liability claims and tort cases before
the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino,
Council Chambers, First Floor, City Hall, San Bernardino,
California, on August 18, 1986, in the late afternoon.
~our presentation should probably be limited to approximately
20 minutes, and you may expect 9uestions from the Mayor and
members of the City Council. It is likely that another
attorney, possibly Larry Winking, who normally represents
plaintiffs in actions against public entities, will make a
similar presentation at the same time and place.
Either I or Raymond Schweitzer, City Administrator, will call
you at 885-4491 in the afternoon of August 18 to give a
better estimate of the exact time for your appearance.
