1 claims for damages for personal injury, including death, as well
2 as from claims for property damage which may arise from Kwong's
3 or any subcontractor's operations under this contract, whether
4 such operations be by Kwong or by any subcontractor, or by anyone
5 directly or indirectly employed by either Kwong or any
6 subcontractor, and the amounts of such insurance shall be as
7 follows:
8 (a) Amount. In an amount not less than one million
9 dollars ($1,000,000) of general comprehensive liability
10 insurance, combined single limit per claim with an aggregate of
11 five million dollars ($5,000,000).
12 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this
13 agreement on the day and year first above written.

The weight of the clay tile used on the mansard roof is comparable to
the ICBO approved tiles listed below. The Architectural Engineer,
Willi Wu, C.E. 37426, used 10 pounds per square feet in his calculation,
therefore, the weight of the clay tile agrees with his calculations and
is not overloading the mansard roof.
The engineer used 15 pounds per square feet for the total load as shown
in his calculation which shows a 5% safety factor add on.
1. Deleo clay tile 9.5 lb per sq ft installed Japanese style glazed.
2. U.S. tile, shingle clay tile 10.0 lb per sq ft installed.
3. Suncrete concrete roof tile 9.5 lb per sq ft installed.
