RESOLUTION NO.
2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLiITION
NO. 3985 ENTITLED IN PART "A RESOLUTION. . . PROHIBITING PARKING
3 UPON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS OR PORTIONS THEREOF. . .", AND
ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE ON PORTIONS OF SIERRA WAY.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
5 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1. Resolution No. 3985, which prohibits parking upon
7 certain designated streets or portions thereof, Section One
8 Subsection (27.3) SIERRA WAY is amended to read:
9 "(a) Between Central Avenue and Hillcrest Street, between
10 the hours of 6:00 p.m. and Midnight.
11 (b) Between the South line of Third Street and a point 160
12 feet South of Third Street.
13 (c) Between the North
14 feet North of Third Street.
15 (d) Between the South
16 feet South of Fifth Street.
17 (e) Between the North
line of Third Street and a point 160
line of Fifth Street and a point 160
line of Fifth Street and a point 160
18 feet North of Fifth Street.
19 (f) Between the centerline of Seventh Street and the
20 centerline of Highland Avenue, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and
21 9:00 a.m., Sundays and holidays excepted, applicable to the West
22 side only.
23 (g) Between the centerline of Seventh Street and a point 350
24 feet South of the Centerline of Highland Avenue, between the hours
25 of 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., Sundays and holidays excepted,
26 applicable to the East side only.
27 (h) Between the South line of Ninth Street and a point 80
28 feet South, applicable to the East side only.

1 (i) Between the South 1 ine of Highland Avenue and a point 80
2 feet South, applicable to the East side only.
3 (i) Between the North line of Highland Avenue and a point
4 265 feet North of Highland Avenue, applicable to the West side
5 only.
6 (k) Between a point 650 feet northerly of the center line of
7 Highland Avenue and the centerline of Thirtieth Street, between
8 the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. , Sundays and holidays
9 excepted, applicable to the west side only.
10 (1) Between a point 1065 feet Northerly of the centerline of
11 Highland Avenue and the centerline of Thirtieth Street, between
12 the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., Sundays and holidays
13 excepted, applicable to the East side only.
14 (m) Between the centerline of Thirtieth Street and the
15 centerline of Fortieth Street, between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.,
16 Sundays and holidays excepted, applicable to the West side only.
17(n) Between the centerline of Thirtieth street and the
18 centerline of Fortieth Street, between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.,
19 Sundays and holidays excepted, applicable to the East side only.
20 (0) Between the North line of Forty-Fourth Street and the
21 South line of Forty-Ninth Street."
22 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
23 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
24 Bernardino at a meeting thereof, held on
