STAFF REPORT
The City of San Bernardino has been allocated $2011,3HJ in S,ll. 32~
, streets and roads monies, These funds are included in the 1986-87
Local Transportation Budget. The amount included in the Budget is
$207,253, and the most recent information from San Bernardino
Associated Government (SANBAG) indicates that $208,318 will be the
City of San Bernardino's allocation.
These funds are budgeted in the Street Construction Fund primarily
as local match for Federal Aid-Urban (FAU) funds.
The purpose of this action is to claim the City's funds from the
Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG).

BE IT RESCLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of San Bernardino's allocation of
SB-325 Funds has been determined to be $208,318.

SECTION 2. The Mayor and Common Council hereby claim
$208,318 for the City of San Bernardino for its local streets
and roads pursuant to Article 8 of SB-325 of 1972, also known as

the Transportation Development Act, and, in particular, under
Public Utilities Code Section 99400, thereof.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
