STAFF REPORT
A request has been received from Raymond R. Patscheck for the East/West alley,
.south of Mill Street and west of "H" Street, to be vacated in order to facil i-
tate development of the adjoining parcels.
It has been proposed that the northbound on and off ramps be re-constructed in
a normal diamond type pattern. This is being considered as a part of the
Central City South Project. Development of these parcels will increase the
right-of-way acquisition costs.
There is no apparent public use for this alley. Therefore, we recommend that
authorization be given to proceed with the vacation.
