03-30-86 - Plans approved and authorization granted to advertise for bids.
5- 05-86 - Resolution 86-163 adopted awarding contract to Bob Britton, Inc.
for low bid price of $71,997.90.
Recommended motion:
That the work performed by the Contractor, in
accordance with Specification No. 6948, be approved
and accepted; and final payment be authorized at the
expiration of the lien period.

STAFF REPORT
All work under this contract was satisfactorily completed as of
7-25-86.
The contract was awarded for the low bid price of $71,997..90. The
actual final contract price is $72,436.82. The difference of the $438.92
increase was due to normal variations of the final quantities of some items
to the estimated quanities in the bid documents.
We recommend that the work be approved and accepted and that final
payment be authorized.
