" i.h CI~ OF SAN BERNARDIf:b - REQUaOr FOR COUNCIL ACQ)N STAFF REPORT Claim of Tony Aragon 86A-074 On May 1, 1986, Tony Aragon of the police department was in his personal vehicle on the way to a drug awareness presentation and was involved in a traffic collision with an uninsured motorist at the corner of 6th and E Streets. The police department investigating officer's report indicates that the uninsured motorist was at fault. The vehicle, a 1971 Datsun 240-Z, was totaled. An appraisal was made by Industrial Claims Service at a value range of $2,942 to $3,048 with a salvage bid of $400 to $401 for a combined high bid figure of $3,449. 75-0264
