STAFF REPORT
Elizabeth Boul vs. City of San Bernardino
On June 18, 1984, claimant was stopped on D Street to make a left
turn, just south of Baseline when a police officer in an undercover
automobile rearended her. A claim was filed by her attorney and the
property damage portion was settled in the sum of $1,014.67 on July
31, 1984.
On November 19, 1985, a summons and complaint were served on the
city.
A review of the medical reports indicate that the claimant suffered
soft tissue injuries to her neck and our attorney and hers have
negotiated a settlement in the sum of $3,500.00
