The community hospital has requested assistance from Redevelopment Agency to purchase the Orangewood Park site from the City Parks and Recreation Department and sell the site to Community Hospital. In order to comply with Civil Code section 33433, a Public Hearing must be conducted for the sale. The Public Hearing was been set for 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 21, 1986 and continued to August 4, 1986. Community Hospital has asked that the Public Hearing be continued to September I, 1986. They had some concerns over the draft DDA and have asked that they be given this additional time to discuss these issues with staff and Agency Counsel. Prepare Disposition and Joint Development Agreement among Parks Dept.. RDA, and Community Hospital with provisions disclosed at meeting of 6/6/86. Agency Counsel to prepare draft agreement. V.
