CI'" OF SAN BI!RNARDI8o - REQU'" FOR COUNCIL ACeDN
STAFF REPORT
On July 7, 1986, Resolution No. 86-263 was adopted which
declared the City's intention to proceed with the establishment
of a landscape maintenance district in the area of Rialto
Avenue, generally between Eucalyptus and Pepper Avenues. This
district is a requirement of the developer and will pick up the
required maintenance once the landscaping has been installed.
Due to the fact of 1001: participation, notice and hearing was
not necessary (Section 12.90.040C(5) Municipal Code} and this
Resolution is the next formal step in the proceedings.
