STAFF REPORT
The West side of Orchard Drive, between Rosewood Drive and
Luarelwood Drive, as delineated on Tract No. 12034 has "non-
vehicular access".
In order for Park Centre to have the necessary traffic flow
and for the newly annexed area to also have a logical traffic
flow, it will be necessary to relin~uish the "non-vehicular
access II area in order that streets may be extended for the
development of that Southeast area.
We recommend that the resolution be passed.

RESOLUTION NO.
2 A RESOLUTION. OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO RELINQUISHING THOSE CERTAIN NON-veHICULAR ACCESS
3 RIGHTS ON THE WEST SIDE OF ORCHARD DRIVE BETWEEN ROSEWOOD DRIVE
AND LAURELWOOD DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO.

5 WHEREAS, certain non-vehicular access rights along the West
6 side of Orchard Drive as delineated on the Map of Tract No. 12034
7 are recorded in Book 168 of Maps, pages 75 to 87, records of the
8 County Recorder of San Bernardino. County, State of California,
9 and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council finds that such non-vehicular
II access rights are no longer necessary to the flow of traffic
12 along said West line of Orchard Dr1ve1
13 NOW, THEREFORE, THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
14 SAN BERNARDINO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
15 SECTION 1. That the City of San Bernardino does hereby
16 relinquish to the general public all its right, title and
17 interest in and to those certain non-vehicular access rights
18 located along the West side of Orchard Drive as delineated on
19 the Map of Tract No. 12034 recorded in Book 168 of Maps, pages 75
20 to 87, records of the County Recorder of said County and that
21 said City no longer has any requirement for or interest in said
22
non-vehicular access rights.

SECTION 2.
That the City Clerk hereby is directed to
Resolution relinquishing non-vehicular access rights.
