SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT
You will note the current Agreement for Temporary Transfer of
Vehicular Equipment covering assignment of the Office of
Em~rgency Services apparatus or equipment stationed at your
department will terminate June 30, 1986. Consequently, you will
find enclosed two copies of an Extension of Agreement (Form F-
129). dated June 30, 1986.
The Extension of Agreement cov~rs the period of June 30. 1986 to
June 30, 1988.

2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
3 CALIFORNIA, ACTING BY AND THROUGH ITS DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF
EMERGENCY SERVICES, RELATING TO A TWO YEAR EXTENSION OF THE TERM
4 FOR USE OF THE STATE'S OES FIRE ENGINE NO. 190.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
6 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby
8 authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City an
9 Extension of Agreement with the State of California, acting by
10 and through its Director of the Office of Emergency Services,
11 relating to a two year extension of the term for use of the
12 State's OES Fire Engine No. 190, a copy of which is attached
13 hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference as
14 fully as though set forth at length.
