2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 83-207 ENTITLED IN PART "RESOLUTION . . . ESTABLISHING FEES
3 FOR USE OF CITY SWIMMING POOLS", AND INCREASING THE FEE FOR
ATTENDANCE IN PUBLIC SWIMMING POOLS FROM TWENTY-FIVE CENTS TO
4 FIFTY CENTS EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1986.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
6 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION 1. Resolution No. 83-207 Section 2 is amended to
8 read:
9 "section 2. Implementation. Effective July 1, 1986, the
10 Department of Parks, Recreation and Community services shall
11 institute the following charges for use of the swimming pools
12 operated by the Parks, Recreation and Community Services
13 Department of the City:
14 A. Fifty cents per person per daYl or
15 B. Thirty-five dollars per family per season. 'Season' is
16 defined as the period from Memorial Day through Labor Day of each
17 year."

19 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
