5. CITY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a. City shall make available to Network those public
streets and property so situated so as to be part of the Event
shown on Exhibit"B", attached hereto and incqrporated herein by

reference. Said streets and property shall be made available to
Network on a basis which is mutually agreeable to City and to
Network, said streets shall be available to Network no later than
5:00 p.m. on the day prior to Event date and contipuously
thereafter, until 6:00 a.m. of the day following said,Event.1
(1) City agrees to construct or cause to be /

constructed the necessary street and surface improvements on
Arrowhead Avenue between Mill Street and Orange Show Road as to
allow event to be safely staged. Said improvements shall include
but not be limited to providing a flat, smooth and clean street
surface, fre~'fr6m holes or obstructions which might otherwise
cause it to be unsafe for drag race competition.
b. City shall provide labor and equipment, as set forth
in Exhibit "c" attached hereto, and incorporated by reference as
though fully set forth herein.
c. In consideration for the'advertising and promotional
support given by Event sponsors, they, for the term of their
