At the meeting of the Mayor and Common Council held
March 3, 1986, Resolution No. 86-65 authorizing the
execution of an agreement with CTIC Associates relating
to cable communications consulting services was approved.

2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH CTIC ASSOCIATES
3 RELATING TO ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FOR CABLE COMMUNICATIONS
CONSULTING SERVICES.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
5 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby
7 authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City a First
8 Amendment to Agreement with CTIC Associates relating to
9 additional compensation for cable communications consulting
10 services, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A"
11 and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set forth
12 at leng th .

1 FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
2 (Consulting Services)
3 THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is made this day of
4 , 1986, between the CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, a
5 municipal corporation, hereinafter called "City", and CTIC
6 ASSOCIATES, hereinafter called .CTIC".
7 1. Recitals.
8 A. City and CTIC entered into an agreement on March 6,
9 1986, relating to cable communications consulting services.
10 B. As a result of prolonged negotiation with Comcast and
II a need for guidance in establishing monitoring procedures for the
12 use of the City to facilitate future administration of local cable
13 regulation, City and CTIC desire to amend the agreement to provide
14 for additional compensation for CTIC's services.
15 2. Compensation. In addition to the compensation provided
16 for in paragraph VIII of the agreement, City shall pay CTIC an
17 additional sum of not to exceed $6,210.00 for services rendered as
18 specified in Rec~tal B hereof, for a total of $21,000.
19 3. Other Provisions. All other terms, conditions and
20 covenants of the agreement shall remain the same and be in full
21 force and effect.
22 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
23 First Amendme~t to Agreement the date first hereinabove written.
