Dear Gentlemen:
At the meeting of the Mayor and'Common Council held April 21. 1986. the
appeal hearing on the Board of Building Commissioner's decision to order
the abatement of a public nuisance located at 1348 and 1358 West Fifth
Street, wa.~_~9_ntin.l'E!d to.~ygl1st 4, 1986, with the following conditions
to be met by that date:
....
That some work be done to improve the appearance
of the walls - namely painting.
That grass or ivy be planted on the slope to give
a nice green appearance and to control erosion.
That the stairwell be blocked off to correct un-
safe conditions.
That the Building and Safety Department review the
progress of the work in 90 days to see that it has
been accomplished.
The appeal hearing was scheduled for August 4. 1986, at 9:00 a.m., in the
Council Chambers of City Hall. 300 North "D" Street. San Bernardino. Calif-
ornia.
