2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-3, LOCATED ON THE EAST
4 SIDE OF CENTRAL AVENUE. APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET SOUTH OF THE
CENTERLINE OF HIGHLAND AVENUE). AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE
5 DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
6 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
the centerline of Highland Avenue, is rezoned from PRD, Planned

Residential Development at 20 units per acre to PRO, Planned
13
Residential Development at 24 units per acre.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal

Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
18
ordinance.

SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee,
22 attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and incorporated herein by
23 reference, is hereby approved and adopted.
