STAFF REPORT
Tentative Parcel Map 7323 was approved by the Planning
Commission on September 7. 1982.
Parcel Map 7323 is a 12-parcel subdivision.
A one-year extension of time from September 7. 1984. to
September 7. 1985. was approved at the Planning Commission
meeting of August 21. 1984. Also. a one-year extension of time
from September 7. 1985. to September 7. 1986. was approved at
the Planning Commission meeting of August 6. 1985.
The required improvement securities and certificates of
insurance have been filed wi th this office. and the prescribed
fees have been paid. Also. the improvement and grading plan
have been prepared and approved.
The final map has been reviewed and found to be substantially
in compliance with the tentative map and the Subdivision Map
Act. Therefore. we recommend that the final map be approved.

RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING THE
PARCEL MAP FOR SUBDIVISION PARCEL MAP 7323. LOCATED ON THE
NORTH~IEST CORNER Of CENTRAL AVENUE AND ALLEN STREET. ACCEPTING
THE PUBLIC DEDICATIONS AS SET FORTH ON SAID MAP; AND AUTHOR-
IZING EXECUTION OF THE STANDARD FORM OF AGREOIENT FOR THE
IMPROVEMENTS IN SAID SUBDIVISION. WITH TIME FOR PERFORMANCE
SPECIFIED. '
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ~IAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS~
SECTION 1: The~layor and Common Council find that
'proposed Subdivision Parcel Map 7323. located on the Northwest
corner of Central Avenue and Allen Street. together with the
provisions for its design and ~improvements is consist,ent with
the General Plan of ,the City of San Bernardino.
SECTION 2: The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is
authorized on behalf of said City to execute the standard form
of agreement adopted by Resolution No. 84-8 with Andrews
Con$truction Co. Inc.. for, the improvements in said
Subdivision Parcel as are required by Title 18 of the San
BernardinO ~unfcipal Code and the California Subdivision Map
Act. The time for performance is specified at 24 months.
Said
improvements are specifically described and shown on Drawing
Nos. 6324. 6323, 6322. and 6321. approved and on file in the
Office of the City Engineer of the City of San Bernardino.
SECTION 3: The Parcel l'lap of said Subdivision Parcel
is hereby approved and the City of San Bernardino hereby
accepts as public property all dedications within the
Subdivision as shown on said Parcel Maps for streets. alleys.
(including access rights). drainage and other public easements.
As a condition precident to approval of the Parcel Map. the

Subdivider shall first execute the agreement referenced in
Section 2 hereof for the improvements within said SUbdivision.
The City Clerk shall certify the approval and acceptance of the
Mayor and Common Council as set forth in this resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a meeting thereof. held on
