STAFF REPORT
Tentative Parcel Map 9051 was approved by the Planning
Commission on April 16, 1985.
Parcel Map 9051 is a 16-parcel subdivision.
The required improvement securities and certificates of
insurance have been filed with this office, and the prescribed
fees have been paid. Also, the improvement and grading plan
have been prepared and approved.
The final map has been reviewed and found to be substantially
in compliance with the tentative map and the Subdivision Map
Act. Therefore, we recommend that the final map be approved.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING THE
PARCEL MAP FOR SUBDIVISION PARCEL MAP 9051. LOCATED ON THE
WEST SIDE OF WATERMAN AVENUE AND APPROXIMATELY 660 FEET SOUIII
OF THE CENTERLINE OF MILL STREET. ACCEPTING THE Pll~LIC
DEDICATIONS AS SET FORTH ON SAID MAP; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTIcn
OF THE STANDARD FORM OF AGREEMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS IN SAIP
SUBDIVISION. WITH TIME FOR PERFORMANCE SPECIFIED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COIH10N CCdHlC IL OF HE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECT ION 1: The Mayor and Common Counci 1 fi nd tha t
proposed Subdivision Parcel Map 9051. located on the West side
of Waterman Aienue and appr~ximately660 feet South of the
centerl foe of Mill Street. together with the provi sions for its
design and improvements is co~sistent with the Seneral Plan of
the City of San Bernardino.
SECTION 2: The Mayor - of the City of _ San Bernardino is
14 _ authorized on behalf of said City to execute the standard form
15 of agreement adopted by Resolutfon No. 84-8 with Richard C.
16 Hunsaker and Kenneth R. Himes. for the improvements in said
17 Subdivision Parcel as are required by Title 18 of the San
18 Bernardino Municipal C-Odeand the Calffornia Subdivision Map
19 Act. The time for performance is specified at 24 months. Said
20 improvements are specifically described and shown on Drawing
21 Nos. 6806. 6B07. and 6808 approved and on file in the Office of
22 the City Eng i neer of the C fty of San Berna rd ino.

SECTION 3: The Parcel Map of said Subdivision Parcel
24 is hereby approved and the Ci ty of San Bernardino hereby
25 accepts as pUblic property all dedications within the
26 Subdivision as shown on said Parcel ~laps for streets. alleys.
27 (in-cluding access rights). drainage and other publiC easements.
