Synopsis of Previous Council ection:
At the meeting of the Mayor and City Council held
February.3, 1986, Resolution No. 86-30 was adopted
to require the purchaser of sewer capacity rights
for a residential housing development to execute a
covenant to run with the land waiving the right to
a density bonus.
Recommended motion:

NO. 84-530 ENTITLED IN PART "RESOLUTION . , . ESTABLISHING

5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
6 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
Resolution No. 84-530 Section 1 Subsection 2 is
amended to read:
"2.
Reserve sewer capacity rights shall be sold at
$2,260.00, on a cash bases only."
