Annie Ramos of Parks and Recreation discussed a number of changes to the agreement with the state regarding city maintenance of the park during the turnover period. .,:<<<.o<.d At Councilman S~rlrk'~"-'S suggestion, the committee recommended changing the trigger date for 10% reductions from the start of the fiscal year to the anniversary date of the final legislation. A final agreement is expected by the August 4 Commission meeting. The committee recommended approval of the agreement with the changes suggested. The committee reviewed the application for Conditional Use Permit No. 86-27, a request to add a mini-market to an existing gas station on the southeast comer of 5th Street and Interocean Streets.
