SECCOKBE LAKE STUDY TEAM MEETING
JULY 10, 1986, 1:45 P.M., RDA BOARD ROOM
The Seccombe Lake Study Team met at 1:45 p.m., on July 10, 1986. Annie
Ramos of Parks and Recreation discussed a number of changes to the
agreement with the state regarding city maintenance of the park during
the turnover period.

At Councilman S~rlrk'~"-'S suggestion, the committee recommended changing
the trigger date for 10% reductions from the start of the fiscal year to
the anniversary date of the final legislation. A final agreement is
expected by the August 4 Commission meeting. The committee recommended
approval of the agreement with the changes suggested.
The committee reviewed the application for Conditional Use Permit No.
86-27, a request to add a mini-market to an existing gas station on the
southeast comer of 5th Street and Interocean Streets. The committee
recommended denial based upon incompstabllity with the adjacent park uses.
