2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 84-139 ENTITLED IN PART "RESOLUTION . . . DESIGNATING AND
3 AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO ACT AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF
THE CITY TO APPLY FOR DISABILITY RETIREMENT FOR ANY INJURED OR
4 ILL PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICER. . . If, AND CHANGING THE MEMBERSHIP OF
THE DISABILITY AND REHABILITATION COMMITTEE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
6 OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION 1. Resolution No. 84-139 Section Two is amended to
8 read as follows:
9 "SECTION TWO. Said Committee shall consist of the City
10 Administrator, the City Attorney, and the City Clerk, or their
11 designated representatives."
12 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
13 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
14 Bernardino at a meeting thereof,
