STAFF REPORT
During the design phase of the restroom addition at Elk's Field, existing
"as built" plans for the present building indicated the building was serviced
with a 2-inch waterline. During the construction phase this data was discovered
to be incorrect and the building is serviced with a I-inch line, which is
inadequate. In order to provide adequate water to the new facility it is
necessary to install approximately 160' of 2" water line. This change is to be
done on a time and material basis and will increase the contract cost in an
amount not to exceed $2,000 from $34,000 to not more than $36,000.
