Recommended motion:
That the claim of John M, Navarro & Raeleen Navarro, by their attorneys
of record, Risk Management file 80B-027 and San Bernardino County Sup-
erior Court file 200131, for personal injuries received on or about
July 6, 1980, at or near the intersection of Arden & Highland Avenues,
City of San Bernardino; when their stopped vehicle was struck by a Fire
Department vehicle during an emergency run, be approved in the sum of
$10,824,16, the amount awarded on February 15, 1985, by the arbitrator,
as a full and complete release. for all claimants.
NOTE :
Arbitrators award agreed to by claimants
and attorneys of record, the law firm
representing the city, the Fire Chief,
the City Attorney, and the Director of
