district.
Recommended motion:
That the proceedings for the establishment of a proposed assessment
district in the area of the Easterly side of University Parkway
(State College Parkway) between Kendall Drive and College Avenue in
the City of San Bernardino be terminated.

STAFF REPORT
"
On November 3,1981, this office received a petition from the
owner/developer of the area in question to establish an assessment
district under the provisions to the 1913 Act for the construction
of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, paving, street lighting, landscaping
and irrigation pursuant to a proposed development in the area. On
December 11, 1981, your Honorable Body authorized this office to
proceed and on January 19, 1982, we were notified by the owner to
hold the project pending some development decisions on his part.
To date, we have not heard anything from the developer and it is our
recommendation that the project be terminated and the files closed.
