The Council Ad Hoc Committee on hiring had determined to hire
at E Step for Executive Assistant to Council. Council compromised
on D Step with intention of E Step advance effective January 1, 19B5.
Recommended motion:
That Executive Assistant to Council, Philip A. Arvizo, be
advanced to E Step as intended retroactive to January 1, 1985.
