COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT Thi s resol ution refl ects the transfe.r of the Traffic Si gn and Pai nti ng Section from the Public Services Department to the Public Works Department. It also culminates the staffing levels and title designation changes that have occurred through the budget process, personnel actions. legislative process and the classi- fication study.
