RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING AND
ADOPTING AN INTERIM BUDGET OF SAID CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
1988-1989 FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1 THROUGH AUGUST,l, 1988.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain document entitled "l988-l989"
Annual Budget," as amended and conditioned by orders of the
Mayor and Common Council, on file in the office of the City
Clerk is hereby approved and adopted as the interim budget of
said City for the 1988-89 fiscal year for the period July 1,
1988 through August 1, 1988.
SECTION 2. No personnel shall be employed, or equipment
or capital items purchased without approval of Mayor and Common
Council. Approvals shall be granted for emergency situations.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
