I. EXPANDED eODE ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM - Item continued.
An extensive, comprehensive -report was presented by Mark
Sutton. Councilwoman Miller had some concern that this was a
more expensive program than necessary and asked' for a closer
review. Councilman Flores and eouncilwoman Miller will be
provided copies of previous reports that have been submitted
to the Committee. This item will return to eommittee on June
13, 1988.
2. REQUEST TO REDUCE PUReHASE PRIeE OF KELLOGG LIBRARY
Elijah Singletary - Item continued to review the legality
of allowing the City to negotiate or dismiss the cost of this
building. The Committee recommended a 90-day extension to
the final payment to allow time to review and analyze the
issue. A motion to this effect will be presented at the June
6, 1988 meeting when this item is received and filed.
