SynopsIs of Previous Council action:
01-19-88 --- Resolution No. 88-14 adopted, awarding a contract for
the low bid price of $31,828.00.
Recommended motion:
That the work performed by the Contractor for
furnishing and installing skylights at Central
City Mall, in accordance with Plan No. 7336, be
approved and acc~pted; and that final payment be
authorized- at the expiratfbn of the lien period.

All work under this contract was satisfactorily com-
pleted as of 5-06-88.
The final contract price is the actual low bid price
of $31,828.00.
We recommend that the work be approved and accepted,
and that final payment be authorized at the expiration of the
lien period.
