ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
6.24.140 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO
AND REPEALING SECTION 6.24.150
SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO FEES
IN ITS ENTIRETY'.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Section 6.24.140 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
"6.24.140 Running at large - Impoundment.
Any dog found running at large or unrestrained in the
City shall be impounded by the Animal Control Officer for a
period of seventy-two hours.
If the owner or possessor of the
dog does not claim the dog and pay any sums due or owing during
the seventy-two hours, the dog shall be disposed of by authorized
employees of the City."
SECTION 2.
Section 6.24.150 of the San Ber~ardino
