STAFF REPORT
At their meeting of 4-07-88. the City's Environmental
Review Committee recommended adoption of a Negative Declaration,
based upon the Initial Study for Public Works Project No. 88-9.
A copy of the Initial Study is attached for reference.
The public review period will be from 4-14-88 to 4-27-88.
No comments have been received to date.
We recommend that the Negative Declaration be adopted.
A Notice of Determination will be filed by the Planning
Department after adoption of the Negative Declaration.
