RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ~~ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-425 ENTITLED IN PART, "RESOLUTION...ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR STORM WATER DRAINAGE FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION...", AND AMENDING THE DRAINAGE FEES FOR LAND SUBDIVISION AND DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Resolution No. 79-425, Subsection 2(a) is amended to read as follows: (a) Prior to final map approval for a mobile home residential subdivision, a fee of $0.12 per square foot of gross area shall be paid. SECTION 2. Resolution No. 79-425, Subsection 2(b) is amended to read as follows: (a) Prior to building permit approval, the following fees shall be paid: (1) For a single family horne, a fee of $0.10 per square foot of the lot, excluding dedicated streets. The fee for a Single Family Horne shall not exceed $2000. (2) For a mobile home park, a fee of $0.12 per square foot of gross area. (3) For all other construction or land development, including, but not limited to, commercial, industrial and multiple residential, and including additions or extensions in excess of 1,000 square feet to existing buildings, paving or other impervious areas, a fee of $0.30 per square foot for the first 3,000 square feet of building area, paving or other impervious area; and $0.10 per square foot in excess of 3,000 square feet. SECTION 3. Subsection l(c) is added to Resolution No. 79-425 to read as follows: Any fee hereby established shall be in conformance with California Government Code section 66483(e).
