The heads and jambs as now constructed are wood and do not match the exterior building architecture. The architect has proposed a more durable aluminum cover, painted to match the aluminum storefronts on both of the vestibules, The Contractor has agreed to perform the work for a cost of $1,859.00, increasing the contract price from $786,831,00 to $788,690.00. The project contingencies of $45,987.00 can be used to finance this change order.
