1. CAT LICENSING PROGRAM - The Committee referred the
issue to the Animal Control commission recommending the
Commissioners review licensing without a leash law. The item
will be brought back to Committee on June 23, 1988.
2. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BY AND BETWEEN THE MAYOR
AND COMMON COUNCIL PROVIDING NOTICE BY MAYOR, MAYOR PRO TEM
AND THE FIRST ALTERNATE ON THEIR ABSENCE FROM THE CITY - The
Committee asked the city Administrator to bring back a simple
plan that could be agreed to by all parties without an
ordinance or resolution. Item will be reviewed again on May
19, 1988.
