Based upon discussions with San Bernardino Unified School District officials and two (2) local appraisers, and given the age (approximately 30-35 years old) and the condition of the three (3) buildings in question, the value of each temporary classroom has been estimated to be $900.00, the sum of twelve (12) monthly lease payments at $75.00 per month.
