in the Economic Development Agency Boardroom pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a)
existing litigation for the following case:
City of San Bernardino Municival Water Devartment v. The United States Devartment of the Armv-
CUnited States District Court Case No. CV 96-8867 consolidated with CV 96-5205
