Recommended Motion:
Authorize the Director of Finance to amend the FY 2001-2002 Council Office
Budget and transfer $1800 from 001-021-50xx (salary and benefit savings) to
account number 001-021-5505 (other professional services) to pay for
temporary clerical staff.

CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO - REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
Due to staff vacations, the Council Office employed a temporary office
worker for a period of three weeks during the month of August 2001.
To pay for these services. authorization to transfer $1,800 from 001-021-
50xx (salary and benefit savings) to 001-021-5505 (other professional
services) is requested.
The Council Office had an estimated $5,757 in salary savings at the end of
July 2001, due to two unfilled positions.
