REFUSE FUNDS - NO ACTIONS FEDERAL FUNDS - NO ACTIONS 2 POSITION JUSTIFICATIONS The following are justifications for classified appointments, promotions and other personnel actions to be reviewed by the Mayor and Common Council at the May 21, 2001 Council meeting. CLASSIFIED GENERAL FUND 14. Senior Administrative Analvst (Robertson. D.) - Promotion PUBLIC SERVICES The position of Senior Administrative Analyst in the Public Services Department was created with the elimination of the Administrative Analyst II and the Administrative Operations Supervisor II positions. The areas of accounts payable, recruitment and payroll were added with the existing duties performed by the Administrative Analyst II resulting in the need for the change in position. The incumbent develops, coordinates and tracks the departments four budgets and is responsible for all financial matters within the department, including revenues, expenditures and interdepartmental chargebacks. The creation of this position and elimination of the two previous positions resulted in savings of $36,797. #7 5/21/01 ADDENDUM 4. Senior Civil Enoineer (Thaioeir. T. Jarb) - Appointment (Part-Time) DEVELOPMENT SERVICES This action recommends a temporary part-time rehire of the outgoing Senior Civil Engineer. The incumbent has been appointed as a Director for the City of Loma Linda. However, his schedule will allow him to work for the City every Friday for an interim period to ease in the transition.
