Recommended motion:
That the plans for placement of the final 0.1' asphalt concrete
on Carnegie Drive, from Hospitality Lane to Vanderbilt Drive, and
on Vanderbilt Drive, from Carnegie Drive to Waterman Avenue, in
accordance with Plan No. 8806, be approved; and the Director of
Public Works/City Engineer authorized to advertise for bids.

CITY'OF SAN BERNOIDINO - REQUEST FC41 COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
Plans for the placement of the final 0.1' asphalt concrete
on Carnegie Drive, from Hospitality Lane to Vanderbilt Drive, and
on Vanderbilt Drive, from Carnegie Drive to Waterman Avenue, have
been prepared and the project is ready to be advertised for bids.
Below is an estimate of the total project cost:
Construction Contract $ 56,779
Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #1989) 5,000
Sub-Total $ 61,779
Contingencies (5%):t 3,221
TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 65,000
An amount of $65,000 has been allocated in the Street
Construction Fund, under Account No. 242-362-57290, to finance
the costs that will be incurred on this project.
We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization
granted to advertise for bids.
