June, 1991 - Allocation of $200,000, under Account No. 245-365-
57885 in the 1991/92 Sewl'!r Line Construction Fund
approved.
02-03-92 Resolution No. 92-42 adopted authorizing execution of
an Agreement with URS Consultants, Inc. for
professional design services.
Recommended motion:
That the plans for installation of a sewer main in Redlands
Boulevard, from Hunts Lane to Club Way, in accordance with Plan
No. 8774, be approved; and the Director of Public Works/City
Engineer be authorized to advertise for bids.

STAFF REPORT
Plans for the installation of a sewer main in Redlands
Boulevard have been prepared by the Consulting Engineer, and the
project is ready to be advertised for bids. The project
consists, in general of removing the 457 feet of 8-inch sewer
main, and installing 18-inch sewer main between Hunts Lane and
Club Way.
Below is an estimate of the total project cost:

We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization
granted to advertise for bids.
URGENCY CLAUSE:
The pavement rehabilitation proj ect on Redlands Boulevard has
been deferred until this sewer project is ready to go to bid. It
is necessary to secure approval to advertise as soon as possible
in order to allow the rehabilitation of the pavement to be com-
pleted prior to the rainy season.
