Synopsis of Previous Council action:
On July 16, 1991, the Mayor and Common Council approved the Middle-Management
salary Resolution No. 91-316.
On June IS, 1992, the Mayor and Common Council approved the City's Last, Best
and Final offer to Middle-Management employees. This package included conversion
from a 7-step to a 5-step salary scale, effective 1-1-92.
Recommended motion:
Adopt resolution.
