This petition is the result of requirement by the City for the Developer to establish the district. The assessment wi 11 inc I ude the maintenance of landscaping, energy costs, and administrative costs. The maintenance of landscaping, however, will only be done in the event that the property owner(s) fail to maintain their respective properties within the setback areas. In the event that the City must perform any maintenance, each parcel will be assessed only for work performed on that parcel. The signatures affixed to the referenced petition have been checked and found to represent the owners of 100 percent of the area of the. property lying within the proposed boundaries of the district to be assessed for the proposed maintenance. The developer will be required to advance the cost of the proceedings for establishment of the district. This item was continued to 8-3-92 in order to allow the appeal on the tentative tract to be heard at the Council Meeting of 7-20-92. The appeal was continued to 8-17-92 to allow the code enforcement investigation to proceed, with the condition that the tentative tract 'is denied if the driveway is not installed within 30 days. .' 5-02" ':1'). ., l1r4 ;
