RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ESTABLISHING BOUNDARIES
f'OR PORTIONS OF KENDALL DRIVE, KENDALL WAY, AND f\UCKf\OARD DRIVE, AND THE
DEDICATION OF SAME FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Mavor and Common Council of thp. City of Sa"
Bernardino herp.bv estllblish a boundary for a portion of the Southerly side
of Kendal] Drive, the portion of Kp.ndal 1 Way lying Westerlv of Iluckhoard
Drive, and the most Wp.sterly portion of Buckboard Drive, all lying Westerly
of University Parkway, described as follows:
Those portions of the property conveyed to the City of
Bernardino by Document No. 81-000526, recorclp.d January
