STAFF REPORT
The Traffic Engineering Section received a request to
install a stop sign for west-bound traffic on Dover Drive at "H"
Street.
An investigation was conducted by the Traffic Engineering
staff which found that sufficient justification currently exists
to warrant the installation of the requested stop sign. This
item was reviewed by the Traffic Safety Committee at their July
8, 1992, meeting. The Committee concurred with the findings of
the Traffic Engineer and, therefore, recommends that the stop
sign be installed as requested.
Staff recommends that the attached resolution be adopted.

RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 655 ENTITLED, IN PART, "A RESOLUTION.
DESIGNATING CERTAIN STREETS OR PORTIONS THEREOF AS THROUGH
HIGHWAYS. .;" AND PROVIDING THAT "H" STREET IS A THROUGH
HIGHWAY AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH DOVER DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Resolution No. 655, which designates certain
streets or portions thereof as through highways, Section 1, is
amended by amending Subsection 7.5 to read:
"7.5 'H' STREET
from 4th Street to and including Bussey Street, excepting
27th Street and 30th Street; and
Drive."
