Synopsis of Previous Council action:
7/9/92 -- Personnel Committee recommended approval to hire
Ralph Anderson and Associates to recruit for position
of Finance Director.
Recommended motion:
That the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to conduct
an expedited recruitment effort, utilizing the firm of
Ralph Anderson and Associates, for the position of Director
of Finance with the stipulation that the salary remain
negotiable, be approved.

STAFF REPORT
At the council Personnel Committee of July 9, 1992, a
recommendation was made to hire the consulting firm of Ralph
Anderson and Associates to perform an expedited recruitment to fill
the position of Finance Director which will become vacant July 31
upon the resignation of Andrew Green.
The cost of the contract will be $10,500 plus routine expense
reimbursement including advertising and printing. Funds are
available in the non-departmental budget to cover this expenditure.
