Gonzalez 4 Educational Testing service, Atlanta, Georgia Consultant (September-October 1976): Responsible for the training of test administrators for the forming of El Circo Test, a test designed for four-, five-, and six-year-old Spanish-speaking children in the united States. The test was administered to over 1200 students in twenty counties in Texas. PROGRAM AND CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION: Over 60 keynote and professional conference presentations in the last ten years. Topics have included: program evaluation of bilingual education, retention programs in higher education, testing considerations for minority students, ethical roles of researchers and responsibilities of student leaders in higher education.
