This is to confiI'Ill our phone conversation of July 2, 1992
wherein you informed me that the Council meeting with the
appeal otthe Golden Eagle Motel revocation was set tor
hearing ~July 6, 1992 rather than JUly 20, 1t92 a. we had
thought.
As you will be out of the area on vacation and we were
wai ting tor Fred Wilson's amended decision which apparently
has not been prepared, we request that the Council meetinq
with resp.~t to our appeal be continued to July 20, 1992,.
.Also, this will confirm that I will meet with you on July 10,
1992 at II a.m. to go over the changes.
